Refund policy

Returns

Our policy is valid for 45 days. If 45 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and be in the identical condition as when it was received, along with the original packaging.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue a notification email confirming the receipt of the returned item. Additionally, we will inform you of the approval or denial of the refund.

In the event that a refund is approved, it will be processed accordingly, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund has not been received within 5 to 7 business days, please reach out to the bank or credit card issuer, as additional processing time may be required based on their institutional policies.

If the refund remains unreceived after 7 business days, kindly contact us at store@southkentschool.org.

Sale items

All sales items are final, and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is required for the same item, send us an email at store@southkentschool.org

and return your item(s) to:

Shipping

Customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the return shipping location, the duration for the exchanged product to arrive to the school store may differ.

If the item(s) is valued over $75, it is advisable to utilize a trackable shipping service or to acquire shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the returned item(s) will be received.
